FY 2022 NWA CoC Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Consolidated Application
On September 27, 2022, the Northwest Arkansas Continuum of Care (NWA CoC) solicited local applications for projects that would contribute to ending homelessness in Northwest Arkansas. These grants were due to the NWA CoC on September 2, 2022. The Rank and Review Committee met on September 8, 2022, where the projects were assessed against a set of scoring rubrics that were contained in the original Request for Proposal (RFP) and instructions. Those projects were ‘ranked’ according to those rubrics and are contained in the CoC Priority Listing document below. This ‘ranking’ was approved by the CoC Board of Directors on September 9, 2022.
The documents below will be submitted to HUD no later than September 30, 2022 and are required to be listed here no later than two days prior to the submission deadline. These documents are listed here for public review. These documents have been approved by the NWA CoC Board of Directors and include the FY 2022 CoC NOFO Application and the FY 2022 CoC Rank & Review Priority Listing, as well as the FY 2021 CoC Planning Grant Application.

Completed Application process
Northwest Arkansas Continuum of Care (NWA CoC) is responsible for coordinating a regional response to end homelessness. NWA CoC is also tasked with aligning the regions’ HUD funding with a regional strategic plan to ensure the resources are spent in accordance with that regional plan to end homelessness.
The NWA CoC is responsible for developing a collaborative (community) application to HUD for the annual CoC program. This application includes the individual local applications that are solicited by the Continuum.
The LOCAL NWA CoC Application and budget forms are due no later than Friday, September 2, 2022, at 5:00 pm per the instructions included. Links below are to the Requests for Proposals (RFP), the Application, and the Budget Form. Additionally, there is a ‘Letter of Intent’ (New Projects or Renewal Projects), which is due no later than Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 5:00 pm.
